Solution

One of the country's top telecommunications providers turned to Renegade for a program that would not only recognize its best performers, but also serve as a catalyst to improve teamwork, company loyalty, skills and ultimately increase year over year sales. Three diverse channels were targeted: Inbound Sales Agents, Direct Sales Representatives, and Retail Consultants. Because a President's club program did not previously exist, Renegade built one from the ground up, developing the Elite brand along with stylish collateral to generate excitement toward the Ultimate Reward, an incredible trip to Orlando, Florida for the employee and a guest.
